Administrative Assistant

Meeks Real Estate LLC is a Real Estate Brokerage based in Polk County, Florida. I served as the administrative assistant for the Broker/Realtor, Carla Meeks. In doing so, I prepared marketing materials, including letters, open house flyers, brochures, social media posts, and handout materials. I also assists with community outreach events and activities. I developed and tailored resources to educate both buyers and sellers on real estate processes, including selling or purchasing a home, especially for first-time home buyers. I created materials to help connect Meeks Real Estate clients to relevant community resources, such as mortgage brokers and inspectors. I am also able to attend events for professional organizations, such as the Bartow Chamber of Commerce and the American Business Women's Association.
