All About Aging LLC

I have served as an Aging Life Care Manager with All About Aging LLC in Winter Haven, Florida since March 2019. 

This position allows me to serve as a liaison and advocate for a client's family, physicians, caregiver agencies, facilities, and other involved professionals. It is my responsibility to monitor clients' health and well-being and inform relevant parties. I typically has a caseload of 8-15 clients of varying acuity levels. I develop plans of care and coordinate with families and professionals to implement. The position is essential to providing support and services to help clients and their families navigate through the aging process.

Through my position at All About Aging, I received my Care Manager Certification (CMC) in 2020. I also joined the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) and serve as the Florida chapter's membership chair for 2021.
